At Pinky Sunrise, we’re proud to be an Australian-owned brand. We aim to get your sunny essentials to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  Australia-wide (including all states and territories)

  Selected international destinations (check at checkout for availability)

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We partner with Australia Post and Sendle for reliable, trackable delivery.

Standard Shipping → 2-8 business days (most metro areas 3–5 days, regional/remote 5–10 days)..

International Shipping → 4- 16 business days

  Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order reaches $40 AUD (before discounts).

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM AEDT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (from Australia Post or Sendle).

5. Important Notes

  We do not ship to PO Boxes for express or certain bulky items (standard shipping is usually ok).

  Delivery times are estimates only – delays can occur due to weather, peak periods (Christmas, EOFY), or carrier issues. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control.

  GST is included in all prices for Australian orders (we’re registered for GST).

  Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

  If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time + 9 days, contact us at info@pinkysunrise.com with your order number.

  For damaged or incorrect items: send photos within 10 days of delivery → we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  Once the carrier marks an item as “delivered”, we cannot issue refunds for non-receipt unless proof of non-delivery is provided.
