What is the return policy?
At Pinky Sunrise, we want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, unfortunately some items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These usually include:
- Swimwear & bikinis (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items / discounted products
- Custom or personalized items (if any)
All Final Sale items are clearly labeled on the product page. Please check carefully before purchasing.
When will I get my order?
- Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Australia: Most orders arrive in 3–8 business days (metro areas faster, regional/remote areas may take 5–10 days).
- USA & Europe: International orders usually take 7–16 business days depending on customs and location.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or peak periods.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced through Trendsi, a global fashion supplier. Most items are designed in Australia / USA and manufactured in China with high-quality standards. We carefully select each piece to ensure good quality, comfort, and style that matches the Pinky Sunrise vibe ☀️.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination (see Shipping Policy).
